Re:Nance's Corn Relish
This morning I was in Festival Foods, a medium size chain grocery, and found eight jars on the shelf. I bought three, at 3.19 each, expiration date 7-24-14.
It's interesting to see how others use it. In Wisconsin, we are known for Supper Clubs, and the salad bar is an important component. Many places are proud of theirs, and the good ones are very valued by the customers.
Corn relish is almost always included, and so I have grown up just eating it with a fork. But now I wonder about some other ways to use it?
