......and some of the "thin crust" is more like a cracker with some sauce and cheese on it. I like it all, and the differing styles make it fun when you are passing through a new town. "you say tomaaato, I say tohmato"
The guy making a bad pie doesn't stay in biz long. Here in Mass we are lucky to have LOTS of very good independent shops. Some make deep dish,,,,,,some thin,,,,,some both. Some parts of the country are not so lucky.
