Finding good helpers who won't rob you blind!
Which is a nearly impossible task in today's "us vs. them
" society where the thieving ingrates feel entitled
to steal. Employee theft
- in a variety of ways - is the most 'annoying' part of owning a restaurant. Compared to that the "I cracked a tooth and neeed a $7,000 dental implant + 'pain & suffering
" are almost an amusement.
