6 month cookies

One of my friends was telling me about these cookies he thinks are called 6 month cookies. Something about mixing up the ingredients, sealing it in an airtight container and letting it just sit for 4 to 6 months (not refridgerated). Then you open the container and make the cookies, does this ring a bell with anyone?

I am willing to bet that the odor would kill you before you started baking Or else the batter would jump up and attack you
