I own a small restaurant group in nyc and would like some intro info from anyone with exp shipping frozen foods. I will be producing these products in store and shipping (frozen only) nationwide??? thx

I've only shipped a couple of times that way. I started with a frozen product and sealed it really well in a styrofoam carton, then shipped overnight with UPS. Success on both occasions. Really expensive, though.
