Sorry no pics!
We went to the Celtic Festival of Southern MD this weekend (mmmm haggis!). Afterward we headed to "Adam's the place for Ribs" on Rt.2/4. Just south of PR. FRED. We were sitted very quickly despite the crowd and our waitress was hopping like crazy all evening. I'd been jonesing for ROckfish and their's came highly recommended so that's what I got. My DH, Terry, ordered a pulled pork sandwich and our friend ordered the ribs. I also had french onion soup and they share some potato skins.
Appetizers - Skins were nothing special except they came with lots of sour cream and cheese. Always a plus in Terry's book. The soup was delicious.
Entrees - Rockfish was WONDEFUL! Lightly breaded and fried - not greasy - just great! Terry's pulled pork wasn't bad, but it wasn't very smokey and the sauce (lightly applied in adavnce)was too sweet. Like sweet ketchup. The ribs were better - smokier - but still had that sweet sauce.
All in all, I'd go back and try some of there other dishes or that great stripper.

I tried his sausage patty - very thin, crispy, tasty. I ordered "Crab Benedict" - like Eggs Benedict but with crabmeat instead of canadian bacon. Although it was good, I think I like the original version better. The potatoes that accompanied it were really good. I don't go for home fries much, but I'd go back for these. Or to try the other goodies on the menu.
