I've never heard of these but they sound delicious. I'm looking forward to some responses as well.

I only saw them once, and bought a jar which I still have. It wasn't in the city though; it was on Long Island or Connecticut. King Kullen sticks in my mind, but honestly I can't remember where I bought them. FWIW, the UPC is 18754-15309 and the manufacturer is Hermann Pickle Farms of Garretsville, OH 44231.

Nathan's has a track record on "one-shots". On the Nathan's Famous website, there is a "Contact Us" section, and they do respond to inquiries.

All Right! A Wegman's coming to Leesburg, puts it a lot closer to me.

You know I was thinking, these wouldn't be hard to make. Just get a jar of good sweet pickles, toss a couple tablespoons of horseradish in and let them sit about a week. That would do it, really. They're good, but I don't think there's any special technology happening here.

Let us know how they come out. I make a dill-flavored bread and butter pickle but I'd like to try the horseradish version.

I agree these are about the best pickles out there.  As a side note the juice out of the jar is the secret ingredient for the best bloody mary ever made, I kid you not.  It kills the acid taste, almost makes it seem like you're drinking a smoothie.

Have a market in town here that sells horseradish pickles. Amish made not Nathans,
But excellent product, been here for a few years.

Sweet Pickle chips with water, salt, vinegar, sugar, horseradish ground mustard and flavoring added.
