need help with the name of this cookie

back in the 80's these were one of my favorites.
it was a marshmellow between two vanilla wafers held together by some kind of orange jam stuff.
i would die for one of these cookies

I think you are referring to "Marshmallow Sandwiches" made by Nabisco. They came in twin cellophane-wrapped blue packages. Sadly, they are no longer in production.

yes! those are the ones. thank you. I wish they were still in production those were the best cookies around i could finish off 2 boxes quickly.
you think there is any chance i could write to nabisco and see if they would make them again?
