need some sane help on installing an exhaust system in my converted snapon tool truck

alright here goes, live in massachusetts and I'm building my dream kitchen on wheels. I need and exhaust system with an anzul. a local comapany came out and quoted me a price of 4500 just for the anzul system. ughhhhh and help or advise would be greatly appreciated

I am a licensed fire sprinkler fitter and am guessing you will need a licensed Ansul installer
