Marcbla, have you read that book by Tim Richardson, Sweets: A History of Candy? (I picked it up at B&N on sale, but have yet to read it as my To Read pile has grown!). It looks interesting, but when I flipped through it when I got home, I was dissapointed there were no photos whatsoever. Part of the fun of candy is how tempting it looks!
