philadelphia hotdog venders

I was near the phila. childrens hospital and it was feb. cold and windy . I noticed hotdog venders on the corners. some were real busy and some were not. I should have stopped over for a dog but for some reason I did not. they must do a good business and I wonder if they work 10/2 pm. I look at the hotdog statistics and see basicly how much money I could mahe with those hours but I know that it will take time. I cannot wait to get going with this. matty.
