Does anybody use pizza as a medium for leftovers, have found they evaporate quicker on pizza crust, whether grilled or oven.

On Saturday night I made Corned Beef in the crock pot, and there wasn't enough left over for another sandwich. I put it in the fridge with the plan of making hash on Sunday morning. Sunday morning I slept till Sunday afternoon. Come to find out that my potatos had sprouted, so unfortunately no hash. We decided to go to get pizza. We ended up with left over Gorganzola pizza. On Monday for dinner, I chopped up the corned beef and put a little sizzle on it in a frying pan. Topped the left over Gorg Pizza with the corned beef and put it in the toaster oven. It was fantastic.

The only leftover pizza I've made was after making potato skins to go with wings, I used the potato insides to make loaded baked potato pizza. I took a pizza crust, topped it with sour cream, finely diced baked potato, cheddar, bacon and baked it, adding chives once it came out.

Wait, I stand corrected. On a few occasions I have made taco pizza using leftover taco meat and refried beans. YUM!!

Well did a turkey, dressing, cranberries, gravy, and jack cheese pizza and put it on the grill, long story short ended up with making 3 more, since everybody loved it. Best way to get rid of refrig full of leftovers. Think they liked it because it was easier to eat, finger food, than breaking out the plates and reheating everything.

I always use leftover red sauce for pizza, especially good if it's my ground meat sauce. And any decent cheese I have in the fridge goes on too... swiss, provolone, and mozzarella go together pretty well on a garbage pizza.
