plumbing

I HAVE BEEN MANAGING SEVERAL BARS AND RESTAURANTS. LETTING THEM MAKE ALL THE MONEY. WHILE I DELT WITH THE HASSLE. SO I BOUGHT A VENDOR. IT HAS A GRILL, DEEP FRYER AND FLAT TOP. ALSO FRIDGE AND FREEZER. MY PROBLEM IS THE LAST OWNER HAD TAKEN IT ALL APART TO REMODEL. WE FINISHED THE WALLS FLOOR... HOWEVER WERE NOT SURE ABOUT THE PLUMBING. FRESH WATER HAS TO BE HIGHER IS ALL I KNOW. ALSO HAVE A WATER HEATER TO HOOK UP. STILL NEED TO DO SOME ELECTRIC AFTER THAT BUT SHES LOOKIN GOOD 8x25 3 WINDOWS. WERE GETTING VERY EXCITED. CAN ANYONE HELP OR GIVE ME IDEAS? STATE OF WISCONSIN.

    Try this site it'll give you the numbers to call for your local health department, after you ask them to send you a hard copy of the health code (free), Then ask them for your county plumbing inspectors phone number.
