provencal nougat

I got some "provencal nougat" at Trader Joes yesterday. It was so great.
Sweet soft sortof fluffy vanilla-y candy nougat with huge chunks of toasted almonds in it.
I ate it all in one sitting. And i'm not much of a sweet tooth!
