prune sauce with bourbon for Roast Pork

Hello Everyone,
Would anyone know of the prune sauce recipe that uses bourbon and you serve it with Roast Pork. Thank you.

I do not know about the sauce, but it seems that when I do the bourbon, I do not need the prunes.

My dear departed mother-in-law always put about a dozen prunes in the roasting pan with the pork. I believe she drank the gin in the form of a Martini ( no bourbon being in her liquor cabinet- one of her few failings).
