question for California residents

I had a discussion with a co-worker today about fast food joints and he told me the name of the hot dog chain in California is "Tail N Pup." I told him that was a fictional place and it was really called Weinerschnitzel (sp). Who's correct?

For years there was a hot dog stand in Hollywood, believe it was on San Vicente, called Tail O the Pup. It was shaped like a hot dog and can be seen in many films as an establishing shot or second unit stuff. I ate there many times and preferred it over Pink's by a longshot. But there is no chain by that name. There is the Weinerschnitzel chain, formerly called Der Weinerschnitzel .

Not lack of bravery as much as good sense on your part. Stay away, stay far away.
