    Thanks for the link, Chris.

    But...

This was on the first recipe I looked at:

NOTE: I must admit that when I typed this recipe, I missed the amount of coconut milk to use. The one can is a guess++that's how much I would use, at least on the first try.

The first recipe I went to was linguine carbonara. It's the first recipe for this dish I've ever seen that left out one of the basic ingredients -- THE PORK (pancetta or guanciale, or at least bacon).

I was impressed by the quantity of recipes, I didn't explore the quality.  It's strange that two people found odd recipes on the first visit.

This was the first recipe I opened...

    http://www.calzinocapo.co...ecipes/Budweiser-Float

But...that's just because my recipe reading radar is set to crazy stuff. Just like every other recipe collection you'll find good bad & ugly as well as ideas for dishes just from cruising the list. It's a big list and should be fun read.

    Love it.

There are some good recipes included.  I've even copied a few.

Even the blind squirrels find an occasional nut.

Maybe we can put together the best of...list.

The blind squirrels also know not to touch the Budweiser Float.
