ribeyes and mom-in-laws potatoes

Sam's club ribeyes, garlic salt & pepper and EVOO One potato, cut in cubes, parsley, garlic powder, dry onion, butter pats, and paprika. Cover with siran wrap, cook in microwave 5 minutes, stir, then cook another 5 minutes. These next two pictures are for Michael Hoffman and Greymo who think that everybody should dress like this when "DINING" at home. The second picture showing my Emily Post. Rare But this is how we really dress when we eat in Daytona Beach, FL not flyover Ohio or Drive-thru Maryland.

SK Bob, Rather than Garlic Salt, Next time, try Cavender's Greek Seasoning. It's a Garlic Seasoning with so much more! http://www.greekseasoning.com/ I've tried 100's of steak seasonings, and this is the best one

Up to your usual high standard SK. BTW, hope you did not drag your tie through the steak reaching for the potatoes.

I laughed out loud, skbob, when I saw your pic in a shirt and tie.I KNEW what you were doing. However, your food looks awesome an thanks for the recipe for the potatoes-my Bob is a potato fanatic and those sound excellent.

I love Cavender's. It's a great all-purpose seasoning. When I fry chicken (about once a year these days) I add Cavender's to my dredging flour.

Do that potato recipe in alum foil packets and slap on the grill prior to the steaks. Once less dish to wash.

Looks to me like you've got the wrong finger extended in one of your "society" photos. I'd have chosen the "social finger," just to keep in the formal mode/mood. Rick, in hot, steamy Natchitoches

The potatoes looked really good. I will definitely try this out. The steak looked great too. We had steak kabobs the other night and they were great. Can't beat a great steak.

the potatoes are real fast & easy & tasty. if you have leftovers, a quick fry in a pan & you have good homefries for breakfast

He cuts a particularly impressive line in his tie-with-polo-shirt combination. Don't think we didn't notice Bob. :)
