According to the search engine "Clusty" (www.clusty.com) one of the articles states that Sally's Stage on Western Ave. in Chicago opened in 1969, and closed in the late '80's or early '90's, and the location may now be a middle eastern restaurant.

Sally's Ribs sat vacant for a number of years before becoming Sally's Stage, a short lived pan pizza place featuring a full sized theatrical pipe organ and roller skating/singing wait persons, in the late '70s-early '80s. It was amazingly loud and annoying and went out of business within a couple of years. Today, it is indeed a large Middle Eastern restaurant, of the buffet nature, I believe. Buddy

Do you know anything about Sally's Ribs? They were to live for. Been trying, but I can't find anything close.

sounds like dreamland. you can buy a jar of their sauce and use it to either cook your ribs in or baste them with during or after cooking.
