  I am just curious if there is anyone here that is currently operating a roadside BBQ opperation/concession??

      Yep, have been since June last year!  Now, if I can just make it to NEXT June!!!

          Business is good when the weather cooperates.  It has been cold and rainy LOTS so sales are off.

            It was a blistering +15 degrees today in Fairbanks!! Everybody was in shorts and T-shirts. You people down there are really catching it from what we can tell. Cold there, warm here...I'm gonna buy me some beachfront property over at Denali, should be surfing in about 10 years...
