i made a turkey in my roaster oven for the first time , i didnt stuff it, but i want to make another one this christmas but the last time it didnt brown at all. if anyone has any advice it would be appreciated!!! please tell me what im doing wrong. thanks!!!!

    1. If the turkey is too big, the heat won't be able to circulate around it. Check the directions for the maximum size your roaster will make.

    2. You can get a wonderfully cooked, juicy turkey from an electric roaster but you will usually not get the same crispy skin (and often dried out turkey) you'll get in a conventional oven. If it's really important to you, throw it under the broiler in the oven for a few minutes.
