It's a franchise; I believe originated in North Carolina. One opened in Johnson City, Tenn a couple months back.

Burrito place - set up like a Subway. You tell the staff what you want from tortilla to ingredients. Their "thing" is the freshness, and I found the product most satisfactory. Very ample portion, which I bring home leftover.

Chips and salsa was lackluster.
