One opened in Johnson City, Tenn a couple months back.  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Burrito place - set up like a Subway. You tell the staff what you want from tortilla to ingredients. Their &amp;quot;thing&amp;quot; is the freshness, and I found the product most satisfactory.
