Maybe it's just too cold most of the year to want something cold in your craw.  Anyhow, the ones I recall being notable were Grand Old Creamery and Sebastian Joes. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; The big grocery store brand there is Kemps, which seldom gets mentioned in the &amp;quot;best regional&amp;quot; etc. threads.
