I love these things.  The pierogie dough gets crispy and they turn out great.  Here's a local place where I get my pierogies, but they do sell mail order. You put the filling into both halves, add the sausage or pulled pork, press the two halves together, and wrap with the bacon. Also, some cooks add 1/4-1/2 cup of honey to the cream cheese and mix/squeeze it around in a zip-lock bag.
