Over on the forum where I work the moderators just take stuff as it comes. We go through the thousands of posts and deal with them. Of course, we have a set or rules that members must follow, and violations are removed or moved to other areas where they might be more appropriate. We also respond to notifications by members of messages that they believe might be rules violations.

Paul, has the idea of coding a moderator alert button into the forum software ever been kicked around? It sure comes in handy in other fora.

My friend. It is not easy to moderate every post that is here. I think that the three of us do the best job we can. Pleae believe me that we do not think some more than others. It is not fair for you to indicate that the moderators treat some different than others. I will asssure you that that does not happen.

I wish the moderators would take notice and clear this matter up.. I mean the person posted all over the place, You would have to be blind not to notice them. Just click on most of the threads, and I did reply back, but its easy to spot the "ad".

I just noticed a bunch of new posts from someone advertising their EBAY store.. I thought advertising wasnt allowed here...
