Obviously, I know of the grandaddy up in Buffalo, NY., but are there any others? I went to one in Pittsburgh, PA about 6 years ago or so. In any event, I created a monster Buffalo Wing Sauce and I would like to enter it into a competition.......plus I would love to spend a day or two chowin' down on Buffalo wings from different vendors all day long[|)].
