Angel and check out one of the sausage places there. Mt Angel hosts a very fine Octoberfest during September each year and some of their local producers put out good stuff. Ropesausage.com comes to mind.
Trask
RE: Oregon Hot Dogs & Sausages (WarToad)

Just make sure you pick up some Rogue Brewery beer to wash that down with.

One of my favorite US breweries, bar none.

RE: Oregon Hot Dogs & Sausages (djtomatoe)

Saint Matt

djtomatoe

HI THERE.
i am in eugene, and have a hot dog cart business LUCY'S HOT DOGS, downtown, at 8th and oak.
i would suggest ZENNERS, [you can find some of their products at winco food], as they are an oregon company, and make great dogs and sausages. i use many of their product on my cart.

i won't be open on the 4th, but i will be open on the 5th.
so if you can make it to eugene, i have a dog waiting for you

Well, I never got to Eugene.
