(EdSails)

I have a Cuisinart Ice Cream and Gelato Maker. It's always ready because I keep the bowl in the freezer. Works well, although best texture is obtained by freezing the finished product in your freezer for about 20 minutes after it's made. It's a good unit!

Anyone have a Home Gelato Machine??
