How long they are good for beats me but I have seen Mamaw Smith use them almost a year later. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; 3:  Jalapenos and bell peppers and onions are used for a relish. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; 4:  I guess you could freeze or dry most any pepper.  I have seen displays of beautiful peppers in Hispanic stores that were dried. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Paul E.
