Go to a local bakery and get the large choco. chip cookies and some good quality vanilla icecream and then freeze them for a while. It's worth a try if you can't find the brand you are looking for.

chocolate chip cookie oce cream sandwich (prairie son)

As a native Texan I really enjoyed a special treat at the ball park in Arlington called a Big Cajuana ice cream sandwich made from 2 large chocolate chip cookies and vanilla ice cream. Nestle makes a knock-off which is much smaller but tastes pretty good if you can't get the original. However I am now living close to Seneca S.C. and so far I haven't been able to find the Nestle variety. Can anyone help me? <br> Thanks, Prairie Son
