Yes. Yes. It's true. I am crazy about poutine. It is absolutely the best thing ever made. My boyfriend likes to put chicken pieces (I think they are grilled chicken breasts) and caramelized onions on a bed of fresh hot fries, then he would put at least 2 types of &lt;img src="http://www.roadfood.com/Forums/upfiles/smiley/tongue_smilie.gif" alt="" /&gt; Anyone has try to &amp;quot;create&amp;quot; their signature poutine yet? &lt;br&gt; cheeses (usually morza and jack) and finish it off with homemade chicken gravy on top. Hmmmm....soo fattening but it's really good.  &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; P.S. My boyfriend is super-pissed about the place he worked at before for stealing his idea of the chicken poutine and didn't give him any credits. Oh well.
