I seem to remember some sort of mild meat sauce??? Or is my memory foggy from not eating one since 1989? I used to patronize the Kearny Mesa location in San Diego and bring ten frozen ones back to San Antonio when my vacation was over.

The San Antonio locations closed before the merger....mid 80's perhaps?

Do you put anything else into it? Here in Texas we have breakfast tacos.You can get barbacoa, potato and egg,chorizo and egg,picadillo, pappas ranchera(spicy potatoes)bean and cheese,etc. There may be a few places who also serve breakfast burritos, but they have more than just eggs,cheese and sauce to them.
The hot sauce comes on the side to add as little or as much as you like.

Sorry it took so long to reply. The breakfast burrito consist of eggs beaten with buttermilk cooked until firm then laid in a warm flour tortilla with cheese and red sauce. I have worked for the Naugles family over 12 years. No secret...
