Here in Texas we have breakfast tacos. You can get barbacoa, potato and egg, chorizo and egg, picadillo, pappas ranchera(spicy potatoes)bean and cheese, etc. There may be a few places who also serve breakfast burritos, but they have more than just eggs, cheese and sauce to them.
The hot sauce comes on the side to add as little or as much as you like.
Re:Naugles Breakfast Burrito (skyblue1965)

Sorry it took so long to reply. The breakfast burrito consist of eggs beaten with buttermilk cooked until firm then laid in a warm flour tortilla with cheese and red sauce. I have worked for the Naugles family over 12 years. No secret...
Naugles Breakfast Burrito (gobbie)

Does anyone have a recipe for Naugles' breakfast burrito?
