Return from Gulf Shores (Bona)

On my recent trip to Gulf Shores,Al we ate at the following restaurants. "Martins" in Montgomery (great chicken ,biscuts & pie)It's close to I65. "R Place" in Robertsdale,Al (great BBQ and friendly owner) "Papas Pizza" in Gulf Shore (New York Style) "Original Oyster House" in Gulf Shore (Oysters Parm & Gumbo - went twice) "Gulf Shore Steamer" (steamed "Royal Red" shrimp - tastes like lobster) "Old Bay" in Fairhope (steamed Royals & crab salad- great food) "Doc's" in Orange Beach (Gumbo & raw oysters - good)
All of these I learned about from either this website or Roadfood books I have. Papa's was a little joint we stumbled on and loved.
