Didn't know about the history until looking it up afterwards.
Really good - similar to Five Guys but a little bit better. Also they have a french fry "toppings bar" with all sorts of spice mixes and such to top your fries. Was sort of empty when I was there hope it lasts. Wish they would open one in the city, there's not too many places to get a burger under 10 bucks that tastes like anything!

RE: Gino's (maclevel)

Just went to the Ginos on EJOPPA rd in Baltimore area near Towson. He's 84-85 years old!
In 2009, Marchetti teamed with other former key Gino's employees to resurrect the Gino's name. Hiring commenced in September 2010 to staff their first new restaurant in the company's old hometown of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, and Gino's Burgers & Chicken, as the company is now known, opened its first store on October 25, 2010. Toward the end of their run in the Baltimore/DC area Gino's brought out The Sirloiner, which was a very good quarter pound burger with about one-third of it sirloin instead of the cheaper cuts of ground meat (at least that what the ads said).
