we go there every Friday after work and I get the Tejas Chicken every week (we just got back from there a few minutes ago even), I asked our waitress last week how they make them, all she'd tell me, is that they're made with some butter, vinegar, and the hot sauce that's on the table, she said the rest was a secret.

What made them so good? Was it wing sauce, aka louisiana style hot sauce, style? What's your 2nd favorite buffalo style chicken?
