Sponsered by The "Seattle Post-Intelligencer", "Apple Creek Timber, Inc." and the "City of Seattle" on Saturday, August 23, 2003 with 15 of the Top Prize Winning Barbequers Demonstrating their Skills, and 25 Local Teams Competing. This will Occur from 10:00 AM until 3:00 Pm adjacent to University District Farmers Market. University Avenue Between N.E. 50th and N.E. 52nd Streets. The Category Follow: 10:00 AM - Sausage, 11:00 AM - Produce [BBQ-Veggies}, 12:00 PM - Triangle Tips, 1:00 PM - Chicken, 2:00 PM - Ribs. 3:00 PM - Awards Ceremony. There are still several openings. The event is being Run under the supervision of the Pacific Northwest BBQ Association and is a offical sanctioned event. Rules and Regulations are KCBS modified by PNWBA.
