Ah, the In-A-Tubs, I have made a few tries PB but no recipe I'm ready to post. How bout you? Where is that thread? As for pictures, my grandaughter just got a camera and knows how to put the pics on the PC. Maybe I can get her to help me? I do think that Tubs and JNB got their fried taco idea from the early taco cooks in Austin.

Lucky us! I got a cook book too but last I heard he was off to chef on a cruise ship.

I miss him also. Anyone remember Chef Joe? Last time I heard from him (and after he sent me an autographed copy of his killer cook book (...), he said he was off to Europe to make Chocolate. This was quite a while back. Chef & Papa Joe, where art thou?
