The Minnesota Historical Society Press has just published Kathryn Strand Koutsky and Linda Koutsky's "Minnesota Eats Out," a lavish coffee table book about the history of restaurants in the North Star State. It is loaded with evocative post cards, menus, long-lost recipes, and vintage pictures, as well as tons of information about everything from hash house waitresses to swank supper clubs.
