Tea and coffee both..depending on the mood..a nice ginger tea relaxes me and a strong coffee perks me up

Coffee daily, with light cream or a little skim milk. Occasionally a cappuccino/espresso drink. I drink tea on rare occasions, usually on cool fall or winter days. But never as a start to the day.

In the spring, summer, & fall I'm a hot tea in the morning (1/2 Bigelow Earl Gray & 1/2 Bigelow Earl Green) and sweet tea, no lemon, the rest of the day.

For some reason coffee for me is a cooler weather beverage -- although I will sometimes make a strong pot of Gevalia's Rainforest Organic in the summer and (some will gag at this point) put it in the 'frig to make coffee coolers.

And I'm with the Mayor on the coffee ice cream.

This is why, when Terry and I travel, we take or prefered tea (Barry's) with us.

I am really easy when it comes to coffee and tea. I love them both either hot or cold and will drink either at any time.

Iced tea SWEET, sometimes with a sliver of lemon. If I drink coffee it's only in the colder months, it's a great diet vice. It KILLS my appetite.

Unfortunately most places out have lipton or the like
and usually serve it in a urn used for coffee.

Tea - Green Tea lately as I found a really good asian brand.

But, I would drink espresso drinks all the time if they weren't a zillion calories and made me sleepless.

I take coffee over tea. Medium to strong, and never poisoned with cream or sugar. I rarely drink coffee, unless I go north. Instant is horrible. TaB or Diet Coke keeps me sufficiently caffinated.

Tea for me as well - sometimes decaf (if the coffee is good) just can't handle all the caffiene.

Which do you prefer the most. I like Tea just for the Antioxidants. If I am not able to drink tea at the time, I usually substitute with some type of Pop (Pepsi, Faygo, Vernors).
