It's not well geared to the tastes of Roadfoodies or drive-in, diner and dive stalwarts.

RE: Toronto Life's 100 "Must-Try-Before-You-Die" Tas (renfrew)

This is a great article and I wish I had it when I went to Toronto in October, next time!

Does anyone know if there is something similar for Montreal? I can personally vouch for 28 of them and can highly recommend most of those (although they lean disproportionately towards sweets.) There are other treasures not mentioned in the article and many of the items (of equally high quality) are available in other locations in the city.

Your best bet is to hit one of the markets such as St. Lawrence or Kensington or visit one of the ethnic nehbourhoods (e.g. Roncesvalles Village if you like Polish food and the Gerrard India Bazaar if you are into Indian/Southwest Asian food) and just "go nuts".

RE: Toronto Life's 100 "Must-Try-Before-You-Die" Tas (GeoNit)

If you're planning a Toronto trip, Priceline customers recently have been successful with bids of about $75 (U.S. dollars) for 4* Downtown hotel rooms.

http://p070.ezboard.com/Canada--Ontario-Toronto-Ottawa/fpricelineandexpediabiddingfrm211

RE: Toronto Life's 100 "Must-Try-Before-You-Die" Tas (Ort.
