The past couple of weeks, I have been getting hot polenta and mixing in brown sugar, granola and golden raisins and it's on of the most delicious and filling breakfasts I've have ever had. It runs about $1.90 for a large NYC soup container size (think a large Au Bon Pain soup). <br> Anyway, they have never had signs for it there and its always been next to the oatmeal and the mix-ins were right there, so I just ASSUMED it was polenta. Turns out they were cheese grits, per the sign that was present for the first time ever today. I never detected any savory flavor or a cheese flavor to them before, but now I taste it and I gotta tell ya, it's weird, but I love the combination of the sweet mix-ins and the cheese grits! Never would have thought to do it before. Just wanted to share.
