The pizza was great; the service was friendly, and we got to meet Burt, who seems like a very interesting fellow.

We all enjoyed the pizza, which reminded me a bit of Lou Malnati's, and a bit of Pizzeria Uno (the original, not the chain). The crust was the best part, followed closely by the high-quality cheese. The rest of my family raved about the sauce, but it wasn't my favorite, for some reason. It was fine - it just didn't blow me away.

We placed our order ahead of time, which made a big difference. The pizza was ready right when they said it would be.

Not only was the pizza good; all the sides were tasty as well. The salads were the best we'd ever had in a pizzeria - no iceberg lettuce and Wishbone - which is what you get elsewhere. The lettuce was fresh and green and the dressing was memorable. And we all enjoyed the garlic bread, which is sprinkled with cut-up slices of garlic clove. So good we ordered an extra helping.

In sum, I recommend this place. We had a great time, and we'll be back.
