It came out really GOOD---and when i peeled the top papaya half off the the bird it was flat--as the meat had all fallen off the bone and was delightfully sweet. A chicken is like a blank canvas - one can pair it with anything, just about. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; I've made chicken with apples, mangos, lemons, oranges, limes and pineapple.  The western continental europeans have lost of dishes pairing chicken with prunes.
