We have many old bakery's that only do bread and others that just do pastry. I can't walk by any of them. There is nothing like them in Big D- I know, I have searched high and low. And hard rolls- real hard rolls....oh, the memories, cause there is nothing here that comes close to a real HARD roll here in Big D either!

RE: America's Top........Old Fashioned Bakeries (MilwFoodlovers)

For your consideration I'd add Mekato's Bakery in Milwaukee http://www.mekatos.com/coming.html

The New Glarus Bakery in New Glarus WI https://www.newglarusbakery.com/index.asp

RE: America's Top........Old Fashioned Bakeries (leethebard)

Baking is another art...and anyone who creates, does not mass produce..is OK in my book....Let's continue to make GREAT food!

America's Top........Old Fashioned Bakeries (NYNM)

Just checked out MSN's home page today.
