I stopped by one of the Crumbs Bake Shops in nYC that have been mentioned here on RF.

Sugar City.

But they had this strange concoction called "Candy Pizza":

Rice Crispies shaped in a thick Chicago style pie, with all sorts of candy bars (Nestles, Reese's, etc) smashed in on top. Available in whole pie or by-the-slice.

Yuk!
