With Buttered Toast--Poached, on top, Finely sliced &lt;br&gt; 4. Actually, I don't know if the term squashing gives the best description though.  If your egg is over light or over medium, instead of cutting with the side of your fork, you simply use the flatness of the tines to sort of mince the egg until the yellow and the white are thoroughly mixed together.  Not a bite without yellow and not a bite without white.
