The &lt;br&gt; food writer says &amp;quot;if USDA Prime is a Lexus then &lt;br&gt; Akauski is a Labborghini&amp;quot;.  Being a Ford guy myself I &lt;br&gt; just have to assume that is good. The writer raves and raves. &lt;br&gt;  &lt;br&gt; Bohanan's gets $95 per 12 oz steak.
