MBC (meatball cheese), PMP (poor man's pizza) and Sui's ( Suicides, including full, 1/2 and triples) the ultimate late night sandwiches made in a campus side truck that showed up at about 10 or 11PM and stayed til 2 or 3 am, at Cornell's West Campus? These were the absolute best sandwiches ever. The trcuk had a pizza oven in it and the sandwiches were made one by one as you waited outside at the window. I was there from 1971-75 and survived on them in all kinds of weahter and circumstances.

Toasty, great ingredients and if it was from a truck, doesn't that make it the ultimate in true "road food."

The truck is reportedely still around and there is a deli in downtown Ithaca that has the menu and the rights.
