I would like to share with you some traditional recipe here in South Africa... Just because I LOVE AMERICAN DISHES and I cook a lot of your posted recipe. Unfortunately here we don't have the same brand name for your sauces, spices and so on so I'm sure that the final result doesn't match with your... Nevermind.
I posted chakalaka because its taste is near to your Cajun side dishes but we use it in a different way...
