(Pogo)

I will second the Bunn. It brews at 200 degrees which is the optimal temperature for coffee extraction. It also has a 3 year warranty and they really stand behind their product. I picked mine up at K Mart for $100.

The Technivorm that porkbeaks recommends is the ultimate in coffee makers but the $250 price scared me away.

RE: Hot Coffee Anywhere? Home brewers just don't brew it hot enough or keep it hot enough. Period.

I got fed up and bought a BUNN VP17-1 from these people. Best price in the country and now I have great restaurant coffee at home. I also bought a Zojirushi Air Pot from the same company.

http://www.dccoffeeproducts.com/

I can attest to their reputation.

MellowRoast:

Thanks for the tip!

Been lookin' for a Bunn in all the wrong places!

RE: Hot Coffee Anywhere? (JakerDog)

I need a recommendation for a coffee maker that keeps coffee HOT! I've used percolators loved the strong flavor, but after 6 months it wasn’t hot. The drips are never hot after 2 minutes. I’m not a fan of French press or boiling water and dripping it myself, although the first cup is hot the second is not. Any suggestions?
